Major Platform Update: September 2024 - December 2025
So I am not the best at posting updates, so I’ll do a bigger update here. It’s been about 16 months since the previous update. The vast majority of updates have been just for internal improvements, bug fixes, performance improvements, extra backups, and better storage of all the content. Majority of the development time over the past year has been on projects that haven’t been announced yet and are still in progress but hopefully something we can show soon. Below will just be a quick summary of updates that should have been mentioned over the past year.
Reports & Analytics (Nov 2024)
We built out a comprehensive reporting system for better business insights:
- Revenue Graphs - Track editor owner earnings over time
- Combined Graphs - Daily, weekly, and monthly views in one place
- Financial Breakdowns - Graphs for each currency with totals
- Category Reports - Order breakdowns by service category
New File Uploader (Dec 2024)
Completely rebuilt our file upload system from the ground up. Reason for the refactor: the third party we were using wasn’t reliable enough for our needs.
- Multipart Uploads - Better handling of large files
- Cancel/Abort - Stop uploads mid-way if needed
- Progress Tracking - Upload speed and estimated time remaining
- File Restrictions - Clear messaging when files don’t meet requirements
- Auto-Adjusting Grid - Preview thumbnails that adapt to your screen
Cloud Integrations (Oct 2024 - Sep 2025)
Dropbox Integration - (Not Launched)
- Connect your Dropbox account for automatic file transfers
- Folder selector with visual file tree
- Configure transfer paths and settings
OneDrive Integration - (Launched for Backups and quicker downloads)
This has been a major improvement to download speeds, i hope you all have noticed the difference when downloading it.
- Full Microsoft OneDrive support
- Batch processing for efficient transfers
- Automatic token refresh handling
White Label Domain System (Feb 2025) - (Not Launched)
Launch your own branded portal:
- Custom Domains - Use your own domain with DNS verification
- Theme Configuration - Match your brand colors and styling
- Business-Specific Logos - Your branding, your portal
Customer Portal (Feb - Mar 2025)
A dedicated experience for your end customers. This is going to be used for a new project, won’t have much use for Image Edits current system.

- Access Controls - Configure what customers can see and do
- Shareable Links - Easy signup and login link sharing
Content & Download Improvements (Dec 2024 - Jun 2025)
This year has a lot of content changes, in terms of storage finding a provider that suits what we need, in terms of upload speed, download speed, and reliability. After changing 3 providers, hopefully we have found one that is going to be our last provider.
- Public Share Links - UUID-based downloads that don’t require login
- Unified File/Folder Popup - Consistent experience for all content
- On-Fly Zipping - Stream zip downloads without waiting
- Faster Downloads - Improved presigned URL handling
Chat System Enhancements (Oct 2024)
Better communication tools:
