Overview

Every Image Edits user belongs to a Business. The Business determines which workflows, team data, and permissions the user can access.

Business types

• Client Business — a business that orders Image Edits services.
• Editor Business — an editing team or editor group that works on IE Orders.
• Image Edits / Platform Business — internal Image Edits users who support operations, billing, production, and platform management.

Common user roles

• Business Owner — can manage business settings and team members for their Business.
• Business Team Member — works under a Business. Access to other team members' work depends on permissions granted by the Business Owner.
• Editor — works on editing or production workflows for an Editor Business.
• Platform User — an internal Image Edits user with support or operational permissions.

The sections and actions you see in the Dashboard App depend on your Business, user role, and permissions.
