Internal Notes

Internal Notes are visible for the invoice creator only. It has useful information for internal communication and also data to directly check on stripe how its progressing.

  • Internal Notes: These are used for internal communication or providing instructions within the organization.
  • Stripe Information: This section provides specific details related to transactions processed through Stripe.
    • Session ID: This is a unique identifier assigned to checkout sessions created by Stripe. If there is no value, there has been no payment attempt in invoice yet.
    • Payment Intent: This is the id referring to the payment intent created by Stripe. If there is no value, there has been no payment attempt in invoice yet.
    • Stripe Meta: This section includes additional metadata related to transactions processed through Stripe, providing supplementary details for reference and analysis.
      • Example: could have data reference order id, invoice id, buyer user id, and so on.
